Ringsfield Hall (also known as Ringsfield Hall Eco Activity Centre) is a comfortable welcoming Victorian house,
attractively presented in 14.5 acres of varied grounds.

We are ideal for Churches, Youth Groups, Family groups and Schools.

 

 

Ringsfield Hall is perfect for gatherings, meetings, quiet reflection, and outdoor fun and learning; as a base for exploring the countryside, the coast and the Broads; or to find outdoor activities such as canoeing, sailing, cycling and riding. 

We are open all year.  Staff live on site.

 

   

 

Facilities

The house sleeps 50 people on two upper floors. There is one ground floor single room with adjoining shower, 2 double rooms, 7 twin rooms and one with three single beds.  There are also four dormitory style rooms sleeping 12, 10, 8 & 5, mostly in bunk beds. Duvets are provided, guests will need to provide their own bed linen and towels, or pay a small fee. Showers and baths are freely available. Many rooms have hand basins. 

There are two sitting rooms, one with flame effect gas fire. The house has central heating.

 


There is a playing field, volley ball court, adventure play trail, tree house, camp-fire circle, BBQ, art barn, straw bale building a hermitage and small chapel.  

The separate games room has table tennis and table football.
This room is also ideal for workshops or a meeting space.

Location
Based on the Norfolk/Suffolk border near Beccles- 'Gateway to the Broads'- 10 miles from Lowestoft.
Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh and Great Yarmouth are nearby.
London: 2hrs from junction 27 M25 up the M11; and junction 28 M25 up the A12.
Cambridge:1.5 hrs; Norwich 30-45 mins.
Nearest town Beccles 3miles, Bungay 5 miles.
Directions; from Beccles leave town on B1062, after 1.6 miles turn left to Ringsfield after gold sunflower sign, and take right down Hall Road for two miles.
From Bungay take B1062, after 4 miles turn right at sign to Ringsfield opposite Barsham Church, and follow right turn down Hall Road for two miles.
