Locka Old Hall Cottage is located 1 mile from Arkholme in the beautiful Lune Valley, close to Carnforth and Kirkby Lonsdale.
Kirkby Lonsdale is an ancient market town which has all you will need,
including a vibrant market (every Thursday), a good selection of shops,
and a wide selection of pubs and restaurants.
You will find the cottage to be an ideal base for exploring the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales and the north Lancashire coast.
The area is superb for wildlife, there are footpaths within easy access, good cycling routes and facilities for a wide range of other outdoor sports.
The cottage is set within its own privately lawned garden and decking area, bordered by mature hedgerows, with stunning views for you to enjoy.
The cottage is quiet and peaceful, with uninterrupted views over farmland and fells.
Main living room has a wood-burning stove.
