The villa boasts spectacular views of the Monchique mountains, the town of Portimao and surrounding rural farmland. Also overlooks the 14th fairway of the Gramacho golf course.
On the ground floor the villa comprises an entrance hall, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
There are two twin-bedded rooms on the ground floor, both en-suite. Master bedroom has sun terrace overlooking garden and golf courses. Two single full size fold-away beds available to sleep up to 8 persons if required.
Double grazing, central heating and a log burning fire. Free wifi.
Large garden and barbecue area.
There are many attractions in the area to visit.
